We are located at 269 Moo 8 Soi 9, Thap Mak Road, Tambon Bo Haeo, Muaeng Lampang, Lampang 52100, Thailand. We are along the Tui River, approximately 3.7 km from Lampang city center and 15 minutes from Lampang Airport.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
What accommodation options do you offer?
We have two bungalows: the Family Bungalow with two bedrooms and one living room, perfect for families or groups, and a standard Bungalow ideal for couples or solo travelers. Both feature river views, private balconies, air conditioning, kitchenettes with refrigerators, private bathrooms, and free WiFi.
What restaurant hours do you have?
Our riverside restaurant and café is open Sunday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays. We serve breakfast, lunch, and refreshments with authentic Thai cuisine and international options.
Do you offer meals for tour groups?
Yes! We specialize in serving large tour groups with a capacity of 120 seats (80 indoor, 40 outdoor). We offer buffet and set menu options featuring authentic Thai dishes. Please contact us in advance to arrange group dining.
Can you arrange day trips and tours?
We can arrange private transportation for popular day trip itineraries around Lampang, including visits to temples, hot springs, waterfalls, and scenic gardens. We offer suggested half-day and full-day itineraries. Contact us to discuss your interests and we can help arrange transportation.
What facilities and amenities do you have?
We offer a saltwater swimming pool, free parking, free WiFi throughout the property, complimentary bicycles for guest use, tour booking assistance, and massage services can be arranged upon request.

We are approximately 15 minutes drive from Lampang Airport via Route 1.

Are you still open for business even though the property is for sale?
